Posten Norge BA (Posten Norge BA) was founded in 1647 and has now become a limited liability company, with the country as its sole shareholder. The Norwegian Post and several companies with Norwegian Post as the majority shareholder jointly formed the Norwegian Post Group. The three major work areas of the group are: high-quality domestic postal business network, international communications and logistics solutions.

Norway Post, as a global postal service company, is responsible for delivering mail and articles through the use of various means of transportation. It is divided into four major business blocks: postal services, express delivery, logistics and electronic information services. The express service of Norwegian Post is for all letters in the country and the world. In Norway, the joint operation model of postal department outlets and postal shops has already attracted widespread attention from the society. By the end of 2004, Norway Post had 328 post offices and 1,201 postal outlets in stores, bringing the total number of outlets to 1,529. Such a large number of outlets is a great test for the logistics department of Norway Post. In the entire logistics process, it is necessary to consider whether the mailed goods are susceptible to temperature, and then make a decision to take air or sea transportation so that the goods can be delivered to customers quickly and in time. In this regard, Norwegian Post has set a model for other logistics companies.
